Mango Icecream

Icecreams are an all time favourite....In today's post I'm gonna write how to prepare a high demand summer delight on your own without much effort...

Ingredients..

1.Milk (1 ltr)

2.Mango pulp(4 mangoes)

3.Cream(opt. 200 gms)

4. Sugar(250 gms)

5. Cornflour(3 tbsp)

6.Custard powder(2 tbsp)

 Method-

Boil the milk for 15 mins on low flame. Mix cornflour , custard powder in cool milk in a separate bowl. Add gradually to the milk, stirring continuously for 5 mins. Add sugar to it, when mixed add the smooth pulp and cream to it. When cooled refrigerate. After 2
to 3 hrs churn it again in a blender. Refrigerate for 6 hrs and its done! Serve it garnished with nuts. (You can also add chocolate powder in place of mango pulp to make chocolate icecream)
