Icecreams are an all time favourite....In today's post I'm gonna write how to prepare a high demand summer delight on your own without much effort...
Ingredients..
1.Milk (1 ltr)
2.Mango pulp(4 mangoes)
3.Cream(opt. 200 gms)
4. Sugar(250 gms)
5. Cornflour(3 tbsp)
6.Custard powder(2 tbsp)
Method-
Boil the milk for 15 mins on low flame. Mix cornflour , custard powder in cool milk in a separate bowl. Add gradually to the milk, stirring continuously for 5 mins. Add sugar to it, when mixed add the smooth pulp and cream to it. When cooled refrigerate. After 2
to 3 hrs churn it again in a blender. Refrigerate for 6 hrs and its done! Serve it garnished with nuts. (You can also add chocolate powder in place of mango pulp to make chocolate icecream)

Peel and chop the mangoes .Put them in a blender with little milk and churn.Add the remaining milk and churn.Add honey or sugar to taste. Add ice cubes and viola!!! its done !Serve chilled and

INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED-
1. CHENNA CHEESE (200 gms)
2.CLARIFIED BUTTER (1 tbsp)
3. JAGGERY / HONEY ( according to taste)
4. CHOPPED AND ROASTED CASHEWS, PISTACHIOS, etc
5. CARDAMOM POWDER ( 1/4th tsp)
6. RAISINS AND SAFFRON TO GARNISH
METHOD-
Heat the pan and add clarified butter. Add chenna to it , toss it for 1 to 2 min, add honey or jaggery and stir. Add cardamom powder, roasted nuts and raisins. Turn off the flame, add saffron and plate it. You can cherish it hot or cold. This can also be used as a sweet stuffing for breads or rolls! Kids will keep craving for more!!!
